I have had the most exceptional nurse come and teach me how to do infusions on my husband. Her name is Star Laws. She helped me when my husband wanted to quit due to an allergic reaction. She told me who to get in touch with and how to handle all of it. Then she came back again as we started the new medication trying to prevent reactions again. She helped my husband understand why he needed the infusions and that we needed to try again. She deserves more stars than I can give her. Way to be Star. Love Mark and Tammy

I can’t say enough good things about Simone. From the very first visit, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly kind, personable, and has such a calming presence. She always took the time to check in with me, answer my questions, and make sure I was doing okay. Thank you, Simone!

I just had knee revision surgery, and right after surgery, they had found a bacterial infection in my blood. So they installed a “Picc” line, and I was able to come home and do home infusion treatments. Simone Julian was the nurse who stopped by once per week to check on me. She also taught me how to use the battery powered infusion pump. She was always punctual, and on time. If she was going to be late, she would always text me, so I knew when she’d arrive. I give Simone Julian 5 of 5 stars. Thank you Simone. Michael N.

Zapphire is a person of exceptional grace. As both a companion and caregiver, she radiates warmth and integrity, providing a presence that is as reassuring as it is fun! Her intuitive and proactive nature is remarkable; she identifies and addresses needs before they are recognized or communicated. Whether she is navigating mobility and vision/auditory challenges, managing medical appointments, or preparing delicious meals (and so much more!), Zapphire consistently surpasses our highest expectations. We feel profoundly fortunate to have her in our lives!

drives me to my doctors and helps with getting groceries. Makes sure I eat and take my medicine. I have had Savon as my caregiver for a couple years now and I could not live without her. Simone has been my wound care nurse for over a year. We've had some challenges because of my health, but she is always positive. She works with my provider in getting new strategies for my care. Simone is a bright spot in my day for my care.

We are new to the home care environment for my husband and have been (successfully) under BrightStar Care for over 7 months. We've had the same caregiver, Courtney Rogers. She has been very patient with us and a huge help from the beginning and now with his care. It's important that he has confidence and trust and he does in her. She knows what she's doing, has a wonderful sense of humor and takes excellent care of him. Not only does this bless him, it gives me necessary respite. We are grateful for her.

Three weeks ago I had knee replacement surgery and bright star provided me an in-home nurse, as well as an in-home physical therapist. Both these women were wonderful!(see my previous review for Megan, who was my physical therapist) Today I had my last visit with my nurse, Simone Julian. Simone is very caring, professional, and Knowledgeable. She also brings with her such a positive vibe; she is encouraging and kind. She came to see me the day after I came home and I was so worried, and she really put me at ease right away. A very good start to my long recovery!
