“From a practical standpoint, I was looking at industries that I thought would be resistant to AI and automation," Jeff shares. "I don’t think the personal touch in home healthcare is going anywhere."
When he was researching franchise opportunities, BrightStar Care stood out for the long-term potential and commitment to providing higher-quality care. “The nurse-led care of patients was something that helped me feel comfortable entering the space without a clinical background,” Jeff explains. “I really liked the multiple revenue streams, too. It’s a really nice business model along with the ability to do work that’s more fulfilling.”
