I can’t begin to say enough about the care I received from Brightstar. Having dealt with various issues for a long time I was so happy when Manisha showed up at my door. What a relief. A rash that I had since May would not go away she helped me to be able to work along with some medicine that was finally approved to get rid of it. Then Nalisha came to my door and she was do patient and was always on time. I thank Kim for sharing information with me that I probably would not have received. I would recommend Brightstar Care to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

BrightStar has been a great deal of help for my family on caring for my father who has dementia. The staff that come to the house are very kind caring and a great deal of help. Down to house cleaning, laundry and keeping my father safe and happy. They are all well trained staff and always willing to help us as much as they can..

We are so happy with the care provided by Rebecca. She is kind and professional. Every visit has been so positive and my mother said I love you to Rebecca this morning after her shower as Rebecca was leaving. She feels special after the fine care she receives and at 90 years old that makes an older lady happy and feels pampered and we love that. My sister who has never met Rebecca says it’s truly an experience that she knows our mother loves and hopefully last a long while.

I truly feel blessed to have had Jorge to be the one caring for my dad the last few months of his life. Having a loved one entering a stage of their life where they are completely dependent on others is not easy. Especially since I live in New Jersey and my dad is in Florida the situation is even more difficult. Every time I reached out to my dad Jorge was by his side and quickly grabbed my incoming call. He was kind enough that he would check my dads phone daily for missed calls and he would ensure that everyone received a call back. While visiting with my dad during his final days what I witnessed most was trust. My dad chose his friends wisely. He did not surround himself with a quantity of friends. He was about quality. He did not trust easily. He had a wall up around himself because he kind of had a shy side. He was a tough nut to crack so to speak. Jorge gained my dads respect and trust. Anyone could see that my dad felt such an ease with Jorge’s caregiving. What i noticed most and i dont even know if Jorge knows he possesses this quality, but it was having a kean awareness of when to take a step back. Jorge could sense when my dad did not want help and he respected those cues without taken offense. Jorge always had a way of just smiling and saying okay whatever you want. Thank you Jorge for your compassion, comfort and kindness you provided to not only my dad but to myself, my children and my family. I will be eternally grateful that you placed me and denise on that wonderful FaceTime call with my dad on Sunday, Calling my sister too and for calling us yesterday in the nick of time. Thank you for going out of your way to make sure Dad had his favorite foods and helping him remember which episode of Yellowstone he was on! If anyone is in need of a caregiver that will treat your family like family, please request Jorge as it will be an amazing experience during a difficult time.
