My family is so pleased that Brittnie Colleton join the Bright Star team taken care of our loved one. Brittnie shows care and compassion for her patience. She’s very thorough very professional and very tentative to our loved one. Brittnie touched our hearts once when she worked her shift and volunteer to come back and work half the shift for someone not showing up And again being totally professional and giving top-notch care to our loved one she’s very personable and gets along well with the entire family as well as her coworkers and as well as other agencies who are at the house at the time. Everyone who had the pleasure of working with her has come in to the family that she’s a great person to work with. She’s an awesome RN and we’re very thankful for her.

I recently had the privilege of receiving care from Michael with BrightStar Care through the Mayo Clinic’s Outpatient Advanced Care Program, and I cannot express enough gratitude for having Michael as my nurse. I'm doing a home hospitalization program and Maikel has been my morning RN. He has been probably the best and most caring medical professional I have interacted with. I have an unusual and complicated chronic condition which is further complicated by a series of other chronic problems.. On top of his nursing duties, we spent a significant amount of time researching and discussing my issues and exchanging thoughts about treatments and concerns for various problems that can arise. He spent extra time in order to be very thorough during the physical exams and even managed to get an issue with my IV resolved so I didn't have to get stuck again. I couldn't recommend him more highly, and I hope he remains in the medical profession... Because we need more people like him.

My niece has cerebral palsy and is 61 years old and weighs about 90lb but she's unable to walk and is wheelchair bound. I have used two other caregiving companies before I found BrightStar Care. This company has been by far much better to my niece than the other two put together. One of their main girls is Dena and she is like an angel sent from heaven. She is the most caring person we've worked with in over 10 years. She treats my niece as if she is one of her very own family members so I'm sure this is how all the other clients are treated by this angel😇 The owner, Anil, is very easy to talk to and is very pleasant. He will come to you and talk over any issues you may have with care of your family member or caregiving issues. I tried working with Granny Nannies and Devoted Guardians and neither one of them cared at all about how my niece was treated until we met DENA😇! We're sticking with BrightStar as long as they will have us🌹
