I have had nothing but positive interactions with the BrightStar Care team. They truly care about the work they do and the people they serve.

As a disabled veteran, I'm very pleased with the home care service provided by BrightStar employees.
Very particular on all meds and advice she shares with my dad. Always going out her way to set up doctor appointments. Redoing his pills when when he spills them out of his 7 day pill box. A real blessing keep him glued togather on alll them 💊.

They provided excellent care and went above and beyond for helping while I was recovering from a back fracture. I'm lucky they take care of Veterans and work with the VA.

Been with Brightstar for a little over a year. The office staff is top tier and the clients are amazing to work with. It’s a great company to be apart of.

Even tho I get service from the Burnsville office, and did a review there on Google. Might as well do a main review for the main office. Lol.
The VA pays for my care as I am a 100% Total and Permanent disabled veteran. BrightStar has a contract with the Minneapolis VAMC Community Care team to provided services to veterans in need. Out of the two times with BrightStar once for Wound Care for a couple months, and second time is for life. Me and BrightStar will be best friends forever until I pass. Erin, my current nurse, is great she is professional, cheerful, has a nice disposition, and has a good sense of humor. Unfortunately, I suffer from a rare disease called iGG4 disease that needs constant INRs every few weeks hence the lifetime service. I take warfarin for keeping blood clots at bay.
For any veteran or non-veteran I would highly recommend BrightStar as your care provider. Will be with them for life so I would know. Lol.

Lastly, what I like the most about BrightStar is the little things they do like sending an occasional birthday, holiday card in the mail which brings a tear to my eye. And every now and then they send a BrightStar community newsletter.
