I’m having an excellent experience with BrightStar. After switching to this company, their customer care managers—Shaletia, Janella, and Linette—have been outstanding. Communication with the entire team has been fantastic. I especially appreciate their text communication, which is quick and easy, allowing me to reach out at any time. If I encounter any issues with equipment, I can call any staff member, and someone will contact me right away to assist with whatever I need or provide advice. The clinical supervisors, Meagan and Deana, are amazing; they promptly update my son's records in the system, ensuring efficient communication among all team members. Everything is handled correctly without any mishaps. If I have questions or require assistance, they are always there to help. My experience with BrightStar has been significantly better than with my previous company, and I am so glad I made the switch. The administration staff, especially Willie, were very courteous and professional during the admission process. They truly listened to my concerns and addressed any issues I had. The clinical staff, including Lourdes, Ann, and Dounia, are kind, compassionate, and patient. They do a great job with my son and work well with our family, always being respectful of our home.

Since, the first day, their staff have been very helpful and kind, specially nurse Megan and HHA: Mattianna and Quandis. Also, they are able to find staff to cover any missing days. BrightStar Care has been a blessing for my family. They’ve cared for my daughter for the past 2–3 years, and we’ve consistently felt supported and heard. Our current caregiver, Emani, has been with us for almost a year and is truly wonderful. She’s consistent, attentive, and engages so well with Hailey. The BrightStar Care staff go above and beyond, regularly visiting to stay updated on Hailey’s needs, track any medical changes, and make sure we’re completely satisfied with the care. Knowing they’re on top of everything gives me peace of mind and allows me to reclaim a bit of time, all while ensuring my daughter’s safety and comfort during her post-stroke recovery.
