BrightStar has a great selection of caregivers to help with so many of your needs! Because of my Crohn's disease, I need to receive an in-home infusion treatment on a regular basis. The caregiver Brightstar sent me, Rania, is fantastic! She's such a a caring person and always makes sure that I'm comfortable during my treatment. This type of patient care is why I'll always stay with Brightstar for my medical needs!

Oh my goodness, words will never be able to express adequately the gratitude our family has for BrightStar Care in Waldorf. They stepped in, at almost a moment's notice, to help take care of my mom following a crisis. Robin met our family in the hospital lobby on a weekend to learn about our situation and determine how she and her team could help. She felt like family immediately. Jamie met with my mom and me within an hour of her release from the hospital to do a medical assessment. Her empathy and sensitivity eased the transition. Kelli has been so responsive, creating a schedule of caretakers who perfectly meet my mom's needs and preferences. Caretakers Dee Dee and Esther have professionally, patiently and personably supported my mom through this difficult time, sometimes even dancing her into a good mood. My mom is so loved and we have a multitude of family members visiting and calling her. But, it is such a huge relief to know that my mom is also being cared for by these amazing health care professionals who can devote 100% of their expertise, time, attention and affection to her.

This care team is truly awesome. They are both professional and proficient. We are happy to have their team as our care givers.

Our son has been receiving in-home IVIG treatment for the last year with BrightStar Nurse Apneet. Devyn has profound autism with low-verbal communication. She follows his lead, intuitively adapts when needed, treats Devyn with kindness & compassion, & guides us well on this medical journey. Scheduling & communication have been excellent the whole way through. We are incredibly thankful for the ease she brings to such a challenging treatment.

Brightstar was very helpful and caring at a time when I needed a lot of help due to severe illness. They worked to meet my needs and also helped me get rides to medical appointments. One visit to the doctor turned into a 10 hour day for the aide who drove me because I ended up in advanced urgent care. The aide was so kind and helpful, and she even checked on me on her day off. Every person I interacted with at Brightstar was great. My home aide cheered me on during recovery and even went on walks with me to help me with physical therapy. She also helped me with chores and errands. She made me laugh and took great care of me. From the aides and nurses to the office staff, everyone at Brightstar was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend their services.
