BrightStar has been an amazing addition to our village since my husband was discharged to come home! After 9 months of being in different hospitals and facilities, we were paired with Brightstar to provide my husband with home healthcare. From the first day Nurse Tracy came to our home to do our initial assessment, her and her team have treated us like family! Their standards of care are consistent among all of their therapists and aides. Their care has been so amazing that we terminated another company to bring Brightstar on full time. Nurse Tracy has provided such amazing care for my husband including wound care when his back wound reopened after some neglect by an aide with another company! She was even instrumental in encouraging him to take his first steps since the accident. We are so appreciative of her, Zy’Angel, Latrice, Nicole, Samuel, Zanisha, Jazmin, Etta, Marvin, and Brooke! We really don’t know where we would be without them!

Maddison took great care of my Dad. She was very friendly and helpful. A joy to be around.

Barbara Greene with BrightStar Care Raleigh has been a blessing. She provides home health services for my husband who is recovering from a stroke. Full-time caretaking was a new role for me and had become overwhelming. Barbara has done a phenomenal job with stepping in to look after my husband’s needs and help with household tasks so that I can find some down time. She is very personable, professional and skilled.
