Celebrating Community Partnerships

Our Director of Community Outreach has been busy preparing gift baskets for our valued partners as a heartfelt thank-you for their continued support.

Pictured are a few recent raffle baskets created for PAM rehab hospital’s health fair, Artis Senior Living’s Aunt Peg’s Market event, Visiting Angel’s bingo event, and for an event at The Woods at Cedar Run.

These partnerships are essential to connecting people in our community with the care, resources, and services they need. Together, we are strengthening our network of support and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
