I am so lucky to have Maddie as my infusion nurse. Maddie is always on top of my infusion schedule and keeps me aware of the times I need appointments. Maddie is also an advocate and resource for any changes I have needed in my regimen or supplies. Thank you Brightstar and Maddie!

I have found some of the best nurses throughout this journey who I’m happy to now call friends. The quality of in home care is great, and the passion of these nurses is evident. From listening intently to my health journey story, to helping me paint furniture, helping to do my nails, and even baking Christmas cookies, if I can accomplish it during my infusion, my nurse is along for the ride. Aside from the companionship, the determination and persistence they show when assisting in the exhausting pre authorization process is probably the most outstanding feature of my nurses. Currently working with Nurse Maddie, I’m beyond thankful for everything that is done for me on infusion days.

My nurse Maddie is awesome. Very easy and chill to be around. And she never fails at hitting a vein first try. She’s named the One Stick Wonder Woman lol. My previous nurse from Bright Star used me as a pin cushion. Sometimes it was up to 7 pokes before hitting a vein and btw I have awesome veins. One time she exhausted all available needles and ended up not being able to do my infusion. Anyways back to Maddie. She is easy to work with and can always work around my schedule for my infusion. She’s a 5 star professional!
