I do not do well with change and after my nurse retired ,I was introduced to a nurse from Bright Star, her name is Heather. With the healthcare system as bad as it is, she is a diamond in the rough. I am so pleased that I have her as my nurse and hope I have her for many years to come. She is a professional class act. I have very very many health issues and infusions every week and with everything I am going through. I feel calm and comfort when she's in my home for the 3 hours a week she's here.

Heather takes care of my husband’s infusions. She is awesome to work with and flexible with our schedule. Before this, he was doing infusions at a hospital 40 minutes away. Infusions with Heather at home have been a lifesaver. Not only has it made our lives easier, but Heather is a great nurse and helps make my husband feel more comfortable with his infusions. We always make sure we are available on the days she works because we don’t want anyone else!!

Brightstar care provided care for my father. Chia was our provider. Chia came after hours the first night as she saw the the urgent need for the initial evaluation and because she noticed my father was a veteran. Chia continued to give exceptional care and it was clear how she loves what she does. We we lucky to have her. Chia exceeded our expectations.
