Kaia (Racine location) went above & beyond and handled an issue with oxygen equipment on her shift. She made the necessary calls so that the issue was corrected in a timely matter.Definitely offers our family peace of mind knowing she is professional and caring.

My Mom has Carrie to help her with medications and daily hiegene. My Mom has blood cancer and Dementia. My Dad has a hard time with her mood swings. But since Carrie has been taking care of my Mom, her medication, showers, and one on one care has been great! Carrie has the experience and knowledge, I was looking for in a professional care giver! Her kindness and compassion dealing with my Mom has been great! And I would highly recommend her!♡♡♡

I used the BrightStar Racine office for wound care recently. Being diabetic, this is very important. The three nurses were all very caring, professional, and well organized. My wounds were healed in less than 3 weeks due to their care and educating me. I would recommend this team to all.

I can't say enough good things about my home health nurse - Julie Callahan. She visits once a month to give me injections and is always conscientious, pleasant and caring. I was nervous to get injections at first, but she administers them in a relatively painless fashion. Her up beat attitude brightens what otherwise would of just been a medical procedure, into a friendly visit, that I look forward to every month.

I started receiving treatments this summer with BrightStar and have been really happy with my care. Collette is professional and experienced but is friendly and understanding of my needs. Carolyn has filled in a couple times but it never felt like my level of care had changed. I appreciate everything the BrightStar nurses have done and the flexibility with me and my needs has been outstanding. I am so thankful you have these two on your team. Thank you BrightStar!
