I work with this BrightStar for many years, doing their billing. They are professional and provide a premium level of service to their patients. They also have struggled with so many employees who cannot follow rules and do not acknowledge their core values! Please don't let these reviews stop you from at least calling their office and talking directly to their staff. Jen

When we needed in-home care for my father, post surgery, BrigthStar was referred to us from the rehabilitation center he was at. After working with them, I understand why. Mechelle and the team at BrightStar were incredibly responsive when I called. They took a huge load off of me, and my mother, and were able to move quickly to arrange the in-home care my father needed. They communicated well with me and with the rehabilitation facility, their caregivers were all helpful and friendly, and my parents felt incredibly comfortable with them in their home. If we ever need home care services again, I would only call BrightStar, and I would recommend them highly to anyone else needing their services.

I have recently found a need for home health care for my parents. I contacted contacted Bright Star of San Luis Obispo and the nurse matched with my parents is fantastic! They feel comfortable with her. The nurse is kind, compassionate and caring. She provides top notch care. I can't thank her enough for everything she is doing for us. I would highly recommend Bright Star of San Luis Obispo.

I love working for BrightStar! My CNA clinical instructor is the Head of Nursing in the San Luis Obispo office. She recommended that I work for BrightStar once I received my license and I have enjoyed every moment of it since. They are so flexible with scheduling and are always on top of things. I have worked with them since May 2019 and now plan to work in the Ventura area with the BrightStar there. I have had many great growing opportunities for me with BrightStar and am thankful to be part of the team!
