Our office staff and caregivers work together every day to deliver quality care and exceptional service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Whether it’s companion care, personal care or skilled nursing services, the people who make up BrightStar Care of St. Paul are our greatest assets.
Heather Ramsey - Director of Nursing
As Director of Nursing, Heather has responsibility for the overall direction and quality of our home health care services. She coordinates the best care possible for our clients through on-going assessments and implementation of the client's plan of care. She is also responsible for caregiver supervision and training, and ensures our services are held to the highest standards of care. For Heather, nursing is a passion and way of life. Jessica Joyce – Customer Care Manager and Sales
Jessica joined the BrightStar St. Paul team in July 2012 with the responsibility of meeting our clients’ concerns and staffing needs. As well as coordinating caregiver availability to meet our clients’ service needs, she strives to maintain consistency to both clients and caregivers. She started her healthcare career as a CNA working in hospitals, nursing homes, and home health care. In this capacity, Jessica was able to see the need for compassionate, caring staff in the home health care field. After obtaining that direct experience with clients, she turned her career to the administrative side of healthcare and worked as a medical record specialist for 12 years. Joining the BrightStar Care of St. Paul team allows Jessica to combine her experience working directly with home health clients with her administrative abilities.
Ashley Eiserman - Branch Manager and Human Resources Manager
My name is Ashley! I'm originally from Southern Wisconsin, south of Madison and moved to Hudson, WI just over one year ago. My husband and I enjoy kayaking, fishing, and touring the local breweries and wineries in the area. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Platteville with two degrees in Business Administration and Spanish, and with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. I worked for a few years at a Hospital in Monroe, Wi in the HR Department and then went back to the family business and managed two hometown grocery stores for another few years. When we decided to move to the Twin Cities area, I decided I wanted to work back in healthcare. I love the feeling I get when I'm able to hire great workers to provide quality care to our clients! I love hearing their stories and backgrounds, and knowing we are doing the best we can to make our clients feel comfortable and cared-for in their own homes. BrightStar has been a great fit for me!
