Since, the first day, their staff have been very helpful and kind, specially nurse Megan and HHA: Mattianna and Quandis. Also, they are able to find staff to cover any missing days. BrightStar Care has been a blessing for my family. They’ve cared for my daughter for the past 2–3 years, and we’ve consistently felt supported and heard. Our current caregiver, Emani, has been with us for almost a year and is truly wonderful. She’s consistent, attentive, and engages so well with Hailey.
The BrightStar Care staff go above and beyond, regularly visiting to stay updated on Hailey’s needs, track any medical changes, and make sure we’re completely satisfied with the care.
