My husband is a new client.I’m very pleased with Brite Star caregivers Ruth, Jackie and Kamayla. They were helpful and attentive to my husband helping him with showings and assisting him get dressed. Nancie Denogean is a true blessing to our family. Our father has frontal lobe dementia and needs 24/7 care. Nancie makes our father her number one priority, as she understands his needs and she is interactive with him throughout the day. I know when I go to work that Pops is safe and taken care of because Nancie is dependable and consistent. In addition, she’s friendly and a pleasure to be around. Pops has short-term memory, but he remembers Nancie due to her infectious personality; every time Pops sees her he smiles. Nancie is an exceptional caregiver whose work ethic is beyond reproach.

Desire, is a terrific nurse does and excellent job. She cares about my comfort level, is always on time. She will accommodate changes in my schedule do to travel or other doctors appointments. I can’t express my gratitude more. She is the best home health nurse I have ever had.

We have some pretty wonderful aids. April, Angie (Angela), Bob, (Robert), Laurie, Sherry, and Osiria are such hard workers and wonderful people. They're always on time and get right to helping my husband with all his needs and then with housekeeping. They are very friendly, easy to talk with and visit with and always arrive with a smile on their face. The ladies in the office, Danielle and Crystal are so helpful and understanding. They go above and beyond helping to get a good fit for my husband and our family with the aids they send to us. Chris, the lady who did our care plan and does regular assessments in our home is great. She is always very thorough and makes sure all my husband's needs are being met and the care plan is up to date. Everyone has been very caring. Thank you, to each of you, for all you do and the help you provide. We greatly appreciate you!!

Brightstar has really come through for our family. At each level of care, we have found people who really care about my parent's well-being. I am their family caregiver, and I have personally appreciated the help from Crystal, Annette and Desiree... but there have been several other sweet Brightstar employees that have contributed positively during the last 2 years. BrightStar Care in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a wonderful company. Most recently I had surgery and was not waking up promptly in the recovery room. This created some problems, but caregiver Jackie kept my schedule organized and made sure the next caregiver was with me when I finally came home. Claudia was very nurturing because I still couldn't wake up. She made sure I ate and took my meds. Nancie stayed with me overnight and massaged my legs to prevent bloodclots. Bianca helped me change into clean clothes and straightened the apt up. I wouldn't have been able to function that first day and a half without Jackie, Claudia, Nancie, and Bianca.
