Carolina is one of a kind! She shows my mother the upmost respect and concern while taking care of her. I have no problem at all leaving my mother under her care while tending to business or running errands. Bright Star is lucky to call Carolina one of their caregivers.

She is Willing to Learn. She pays close attention, and she is eager to learn. • She is very Patient. Being a caregiver can be stressful. Maintaining a professional relationship day in and day out can be hard, particularly when I am experiencing my own day-to-day challenges. • One of the things I appreciate most about Isabel is her skill for constantly making Observations regarding my daily activities and environment. She doesn’t wait to be asked to do something. Instead, she takes the initiative to ask, “What else can I do?” She thinks ahead, and she looks around. She knows our routine but that doesn’t stop her from finding other ways to help me. For example, my half-empty coffee cup might be sitting on my desk as I am on my way to bed and she will simply say, “May I take this to the kitchen for you?” Another example is when my water bottle is sitting on my table and she notices that it is half-full, she will go ahead and fill it up without asking or being asked. Isabel is a professional caregiver and will serve anyone looking for professional help in the highest ethical and performance standards.
