BrightStar has been helping me take care of my 91-year-old father, who is in hospice, for over a year. Sahara is a wonderful caretaker who is kind, responsible and respectful. She gives me peace of mind that Dad is not alone if he needs something or someone, or if he has a health emergency. Besides helping Dad with meals and companionship, she gladly agreed to some light housekeeping, which gives me more time to spend with Dad when I visit. Stephanie, the Customer Care Manager, has helped me navigate this difficult time of taking care of an elderly parent. She answers my emails or phone calls in a timely manner and is always knowledgeable and friendly. I truly appreciate everything BrightStar has done for my father and me.
Bright Star has been so helpful to fill in when family is not available. Easy to contact and work together with to cover my mom's needs. Staff such as Beverly, Patty and Stephanie have been so good with mom and patient. Thank you for all you do!

My mom was in a rehab facility and needed night care for emotional comfort and companionship. We had a good experience with all the night care staff but I want to extend an extra special shout-out for Alia. Alia was such a compassionate , caring and knowledgeable caregiver. After previous long hospital /rehab stays and many different locations our mom needed reassurance and company through the nights. Alia was so genuinely caring and kind to mom. Alia’s attention to detail and mom’s comfort made mom’s nights a joy for her to look forward to. Many thanks to Alia and Brightstar .

I have had amazing experience with bright star. Alexis is my caregiver she is always on time, always in a good mood, helps me with everything I need, always makes sure I get my grocery orders on time. In the morning we watch the game shows together and have a lot of fun. Helps me organize all my orders and find the stuff I order I misplace. Helps me return packages if I double order. Alexis goes above and beyond with helping and making sure I have everything I need. She helps me a lot the 2 days she is here a week. I couldn’t ask for a better caregiver. Always make sure everything is done when it needs to be done. Overall Alexis and the brightstar staff have been very nice and very helpful. I could not ask for a better caregiver that is willing to help and sometimes willing to just sit with me and talk and laugh and have a good time.
Kelly is a bright star in mom's week. She engages mom in her crafts and there is a lot of chatter and laughter while they work. She let's mom teach her how to decorate bags. Kelly is open to meeting mom where she is at, and checks in with us at the beginning of each visit. The staff is responsive and easy to work with. Our experience has been very good.
