I recently had knee replacement and my husband who has Parkinson's needed help during my recovery. Several different women from BrightStar came to provide us assistance. They were all very helpful and kind to both for us. We highly recommend their services!

Great home Health Care!! They provide women to clean home, do laundry,. make beds, fix meals and clean dishes, take out garbage, Bathe and wash hair, take you shopping when you can't do these things because health or age keeps keeps you from doing these tasks. And, if you prefer a particular woman because of the better work they do BrightStar does their best to see that you are provided that women. WE TOLD THEM HOW MUCH WE LIKED THE WORK OF JENNIFER RAMIREZ AND WE WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE HER MORE OFFTEN!. We cannot recommend them enough!

Not sure about Brightstar as I haven't had to deal with them a lot. However their caregivers (Lis and Sara) have been wonderful for my wife. They don't just do what is required, but they do all the extra stuff and they treat my wife with so much love and respect that I can't say anything more about them. They have helped my wife regain her life. I love them.

We are very pleased with the care we receive from BrightStar Care. From the first meeting with Karen and Gina we felt comfortable and they listened to what our needs are. Highly recommend! Caitlin has been wonderful!

Overall my experience with Brightstar has been great. Karen and Gina made the onboarding process pleasant. They answered all my questions thoroughly. My mother LOVES her caregiver so that alone has made it so well worth it. The only bummer is the fee associated with using a credit card but I understand why they do it. Since the service is great, we are willing to pay it. Would definitely recommend Brightstar to any family looking for some help caring for a loved one.

We haven’t always had a good experience with health care agencies in the past. Working with Bright Star Care has relieved all our worry. The office staff has been fantastic. My husbands caregiver Matt is the greatest. He is a good fit for our household. He’ll do any task I throw at him. We really appreciate him. Thank you Bright Star!

Karen and her staff and caregivers are beyond exceptional….. there are stars and then there is BRIGHTSTAR……and the caring has continued even after we didn’t need the service anymore…..Karen helped us in sooo many helpful ways to find the BEST FOR MY PARENTS…..BRIGHTSTAR OF BARRINGTON IS A MUST TO CALL WHEN IN NEED OF HOME CAR!!!
