I have had amazing experience with bright star. Alexis is my caregiver she is always on time, always in a good mood, helps me with everything I need, always makes sure I get my grocery orders on time. In the morning we watch the game shows together and have a lot of fun. Helps me organize all my orders and find the stuff I order I misplace. Helps me return packages if I double order. Alexis goes above and beyond with helping and making sure I have everything I need. She helps me a lot the 2 days she is here a week. I couldn’t ask for a better caregiver. Always make sure everything is done when it needs to be done. Overall Alexis and the brightstar staff have been very nice and very helpful. I could not ask for a better caregiver that is willing to help and sometimes willing to just sit with me and talk and laugh and have a good time.

Kelly is a bright star in mom's week. She engages mom in her crafts and there is a lot of chatter and laughter while they work. She let's mom teach her how to decorate bags. Kelly is open to meeting mom where she is at, and checks in with us at the beginning of each visit. The staff is responsive and easy to work with. Our experience has been very good.

After trying four other agencies, I found BrightStar. The difference was amazing. Every caregiver from BrightStar is competent, professional, skilled, personable, and passionate about their job. I would not use any other agency ever again.

Our experience with BrightStar Care has been off the charts good...from our initial meeting with Karen (the owner) and Gina (their Director of Nursing) to Stephanie (their Customer Service Manager). Then we met Rebecca...my wife's caregiver. She has experience...kindness...and professionalism!!!

All the caregivers for my dad have been great. Nikki, Rebecca, melissa, and Jessica are wonderful. They are great with my dad and so helpful. The staff in the office work with me when I need to change days for my dad.

Pamela has been a great help. Coral has been very exceptional and knowledgeable as well as caring and friendly.

I cannot say enough good things about BrightStar Care! Karen and Gina went above and beyond to help me as the POA for my mom's care. Our initial meeting was very thorough. They gave good suggestions for questions to ask her doctors and were patient and caring with my mom's memory difficulties. Gina and my mom built such a good report that my mom would only let Gina care for her -- no one else. The other nurses were wonderful too, but my mom clicked with Gina. Now that my mom has moved into an assisted living facility, we do not need BrightStar's services. However, we still keep in touch to discuss mom's new living arrangements and see how it is working out.

BrightStar provided exceptional care for our parents, Tom and Joan, over the span of about four years. They provided a wide range of services, which made it easy for them to meet my parents' evolving needs. As with any caregiving process, there were challenges and adjustments, especially as health conditions shifted. However, Gina and her team handled these transitions seamlessly and professionally, always staying flexible and attentive. They were also wonderful in collaborating with assisted living facilities and hospice care providers, ensuring that everything worked together smoothly. Above all, their commitment to our parents' well-being was evident in every aspect of their care. Throughout the journey, we faced dementia and other health issues, and at every step, Gina and her team were there to provide guidance and support. They helped us navigate the transition from independence to requiring more assistance, and ultimately, end-of-life care. The staff at BrightStar were not only professional and efficient, but they also brought an unexpected level of compassion. They truly became like family, getting to know my parents deeply and caring for them as if they were their own. The caregivers did more than just provide the daily support; they offered companionship when we couldn’t be there, making it easier to trust that my parents were in good hands. Knowing that they were receiving such heartfelt care gave our family great peace of mind, especially during difficult times. We lost my father just over a year ago, and my mother passed away yesterday. I know that Tom and Joan will always hold a special place in the hearts of the BrightStar staff. Their loss is as deeply felt by them as it is by our family. I want to personally thank Gina, Stephanie, Rita, Ruth, Erica, Bobbi, Kyra, Gorety, Caitlin, and Jordan for going above and beyond in caring for my parents. You all made a lasting impact, and we will miss you dearly. Thank you for everything!

From the moment we contacted Brightstar, we felt a genuine care and concern for my 84 year old mother. Stephanie at the office is always attentive and does everything she can to provide whatever we need. We have had several care givers, Mainly Kelly and Yeritza, and they are always cheerful, helpful and will to do whatever we ask of them. They have all made a real difference in my family's life!
