Caroline Moore, Owner
"I am the owner and CEO of BrightStar Care of Boise. We employ more than 90 members of our community and I enjoy working with this award winning team to help patients and families by meeting their needs with a higher standard of care. Our nurse was awarded Nurse of the Year nationally for BrightStar Care, two of our field staff was awarded Caregiver of the Year by our local community, our agency was the recipient of the Best of Homecare Provider of Choice Award, and our team had the honor of being one of three finalists for the Boise Chamber Healthcare Award of Excellence. When I m not working, I love spending time with my husband, Chris, my son, Chase and my daughter, Cybil. I also enjoy golfing and playing tennis."
Courtney Johnson White, Director of Operations
"I am Courtney Johnson White and I’m the Director of Operations. I am primarily responsible for helping the office team with day-to-day operations of the office, as well as billings and business development. I assist in conducting employee orientation trainings, as well as employee programs . I graduated from Boise State Magna Cum Laude with my Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Leadership. I am very proud to work for a company that truly strives to provide the best possible care to our clients in their home. When I am not working I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my husband and family."
Sara Kolnes, Community Resource Director
"I am Sara Kolnes and I am the Community Resource Director. My job is to work primarily out in the community, providing resources and education to potential referral sources and clients. I love working for a company that has such compassion for both their clients and employees. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband Mark, our son Hunter and our daughter Alyssa. We enjoy traveling, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends."
Tammy Christensen, Branch Manager
"I am Tammy Christensen, Branch Manager, and I handle our long-term care insurance claims and national accounts. I am one of the first voices you will hear when calling us. I love having the opportunity to help families and their loved ones receive the best quality care with our field staff. I recently graduated from Kaplan University with a Medical Office Administration Certificate and completed my externship with BrightStar. I have had the opportunity to become part of a “one of a kind” team and I am grateful to be a part of an amazing company and family. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, kids, camping, sewing, crafts and reading."
Karee Curry, Director of Nursing
"I am Karee Curry and I am the Director of Nursing. I am responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating our clients individualized care plans. I serve as a liaison between our clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care. I received my degree as a Registered Nurse from the College of Western Idaho where I graduated Magna Cum Laude. I am currently pursuing an MS in Nursing from WGU. I am blessed to be part of such a compassionate, hard-working, and honest organization. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors with my family, learning, and reading books."
Jessica Sedano, Administrative Manager
"I’m Jessica Sedano and I am the Administrative Manager. I work one-on-one with our client's and their families, and assist with all of their scheduling needs. I also handle the Long Term Care Insurance for our client's as well as assist new team members in the employment process. I am privileged to have joined such an amazing company and team, which consists of the most passionate people I have ever met. I worked previously in the field for BrightStar as a CNA and I am very excited to continue growing in my career with BrightStar! In my free time I enjoy going on family outings with my husband and two sons."
Becky Aubertin, Care Homes Executive Director/Administrator
"I’m Becky Aubertin and I am the Executive Director/Administrator for our BrightStar Care Homes. I have been a nurse for over twenty years. I am passionate about providing quality care and making meaningful connections with seniors in our community. I was born and raised in the Treasure Valley. When I am not working with our residents I enjoy spending time with my kids and grandson."
