The main nurses I have are great. There has been times that I was having a different nurse each week and I don't like that. I have had a few issues with a couple nurses I have seen but the problem is always solved. I like when I have the same ones. I started with Katherine as my nurse when and she has always been great, Melissa was also a great nurse. I have had April who I felt comfortable with and has helped solve some of the issues I have had. Lakelyn has just started but is very nice and knowledgeable.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Gracen, Fran, and John for their fantastic care for my husband, Jose, while I was traveling internationally for work. They checked on him regularly, ensured he was okay before and after his shower, and kept me constantly informed about everything happening.
When he had a dental emergency, John immediately stepped in—taking him to the dentist and getting his medication without hesitation. This is not the first time they have helped our family, and I appreciate them even more each time!
Thank you, BrightStar, for having such dedicated and compassionate caregivers! Families are lucky to have a company like yours to count on!

I have never met anyone so kind and nice that really cared about us. They did not even get paid for the visit but was so concerned about our struggles and was so kind enough to come see us anyway. I sincerely want to say thank you!! We have been thru a lot this year and this was the first time I felt compassion from someone that truly cared! I am grateful for the knowledge they shared with us or what direction to go for help.

My wife is an advance case with endstage ALS. She is on a vent and peg tube and cannot move her body. Fran the CNA from brightstar has been awesome. I showed her what to do once and she took it and ran. Brightstar, specifically Fran, is a God send without them I was doing it all 24/7. With Fran helping I can walk away and take a break. I do not have any concerns with my wife's care while Fran is there.

Before last year, I've never heard about brightstar care. There company got brought up in conversation while I was having issues with finding nurses that were capable of taking my daughter to school. I'm beyond thankful for them cause without them Jasmine would have never found her current nurse Josie. The relationship Josie and Jasmine has there is no words.And not having to worry about someone you love while in the care of someone else, speaks for itself.Josie cares for Jasmine like she is hers, not to mention jasmine genuinely loves Josie and loves going to school with her. Thank you brightstar for having just the person Jasmine needed. Josie , your always be Jasmine's Rockstar nurse. ❤️
