Kaitlin is an amazing nurse who has taken great care of my son. She has rearranged her schedule to accomodate my son's infusions, can anticipate his needs, and works hard in all she does. She even brings extra supplies with her in case the pharmacy doesn't send everything we need- which has happened several times. Her kind, caring attitude shines through and we are grateful for the care she has given to my son. Plus, we love hearing her stories about her cows!

Absolutely positively the best care for my son Sabrina was amazing. She showed compassion and sometimes we would just talk, kind supportive and nonjudgmental which made this experience that much better, the team very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend the service!!!

I am giving BrightStar 5 stars based on our wonderful experience with April. April has been my son’s nurse for almost a year, and she has made such a positive impact on his treatment journey. Treatment days have become something he actually looks forward to because he knows April will be the one caring for him.
April is always happy, patient, understanding, and compassionate. She is easy to talk to and truly cares about my son’s well-being. Her kindness and dedication have meant so much to our family. We have grown to love and respect her deeply, especially because of the incredible care she gives my son.
If I could give April 10 stars, I absolutely would. BrightStar earns 5 stars because they employ someone as exceptional as her.

I have had the absolute pleasure of having Carlina as my caregiver after my open heart surgery, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is incredibly sweet, kind, dependable, and deeply empathetic. Carlina has always been willing to help in any way possible, and her positive attitude and gentle demeanor have been such a blessing during a very difficult time in my life.
She has also cared for my animals with so much love and attention, treating them as if they were her own, which meant the world to me.
