BrightStar has been a spectacularly “bright star” for my family. My parents are presently living in an independent living apartment —but the truth is they’re not completely independent. They need help in small ways every day. However, it’s far better to have them living in independent living. Without BrightStar, we wouldn’t be able to do this. I can’t thank them enough for being there when we need them. They have never failed us, even in an emergency situation. They stepped up when we needed them most, (especially Elaine), and my whole family appreciates it!

If you need a job and an amazing boss call Cortni! She is the most amazing boss ever! She is not only friendly but works with you! She understands that people are human and has made my work/ life balance a reality!! Bright star care has been the best job I have ever had!

Bright star is my first company after having my License as a nurse. I have worked here for one year now and counting. The administrative staff are very collaborative, supportive and professional. They are very prompt in responding both to employees and clients concerns. Flexible schedules, good pay rate comparatively . I have referred a couple of nurses and aides and their feedbacks are all positive, appreciating especially the scheduler , Cortni , who handles this critical position so professionally. I have equally worked in other companies but Brightstar is just the best for me.

Hello everyone I made a post concerning this agency about my health care plan and nurse Victoria. There was a big misunderstanding l never spoke to nurse Victoria about scheduling therefore she had no ideal of my calling the calls were misdirected and once redirected she came in a timely manner and completed my assessment. This changes my opinion of her and the agency I am now feeling respected and valued as a client and will continue services here at Bright Star

Very happy with the responsiveness and quality of care. Our caregiver even stayed at a hotel close to my parents in order to get to them in a snow storm! Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend Brightstar Care! We needed urgent 24/7 care for my father-in-law, and Brightstar responded immediately—placing professional, compassionate staff at his side in less than eight hours. The Brightstar nurses treated our dying father with the utmost respect, dignity, and gentle kindness. In his final moments, it was their exceptional and compassionate care that supported and guided our family through his passing. We are deeply grateful for the comfort and expertise they provided during such a difficult time.

Bright star came through for us right when we needed them! Had a meet and greet set up within a day and aids set up the following week! All the aids have been amazing and go above and beyond!!!
