So thankful to Bright Star for making arrangements for my mom’s care last minute and coming from out of town nursing home. Vita was excellent, she helped with bathing, dressing and attended to my mom’s needs during the wedding. We were all super thankful to have a caregiver present so we could enjoy the event stress free. Mom was able to see her first grandchild married, her sister and brother! She couldn’t have made this trip if not for having the help from Bright Star.

I don’t usually make posts like this, but credit should always be given where it’s due. Working with this agency has been a great experience for me. They are professional, responsive, and they genuinely care about both their staff and their clients. Whenever I’ve had concerns or needed support, they listened and did their best to help. Communication has been respectful, and I’ve always felt valued as a healthcare worker. No workplace is perfect, but I truly appreciate how they strive to make things right and support their nurses. Brightstar is an amazing agency. Cortney has been very cooperative and very supportive with all of Leander‘s needs when it comes to nursing we’re having the proper people be out here with them. He has Zara Tuesday through Friday who is very awesome. She treats him like that is one of her own children. Melissa is very new with us, however Melissa has grown and become a part of the family as well. We love it here at Brightstar and I would recommend anyone to Brightstar.
