I hired Bright Star because my 90-year-old mom was in need of aides 3-4 Times per week for the past six months. They were very accommodating. I called numerous times to see if an aide can stay longer or to come on a day they were not scheduled and they were always able to provide us with a qualified aide. The nurses also are very concerned about the quality of care my mom was getting and called a few times to recommend us To make appointments with various doctors for different possible illnesses that they have seen. Everyone is very helpful, very caring and I would highly recommend them
