Amy went on to say, “We spent our time discussing initiatives and the 2016 priorities which include: increased respite services, supporting Alzheimer’s research, enhanced dementia training, ensuring multicultural outreach and promoting early diagnosis.” “We shared our personal stories with both Representatives and Senators in the State Legislature, and we asked for their support of the Association, as well for the financial commitment and funding for these important initiatives.”
