Bright Star Care has made my transition from Infusion Clinic to at-home nursing so easy. My nurse, Maria, has been my constant connection with receiving my infusions. She gets here, immediately prepares everything needed, explaining any changes to our routine and then I’m hooked up quickly. She is friendly, efficient and always professional. The time flies by and then she puts everything back neatly and takes the used equipment to the garbage. Maria, and Bright Star are excellent at what they do!

Bright Star Care has been very professional. They take their time with the family and with the patient to get to know them in order to best serve their needs. They follow up continually so the family is always updated regarding their loved one. They do not miss a trick! They are extremely detail oriented. Their kindness and their patience is remarkable. Their dedication to work with compassion and kindness and to address their patients needs is never ending as they are always on top of their caretakers every move in order to serve their patients needs best. I highly recommend Bright Star and their competent team!

My family has been using brightstar for a few months already and they've done a great job with providing daily care for our parent. Melissa W is very compassionate, knowledgeable and a fabulous communicator. She does a great job coordinating a complicated schedule. And the caregivers have been phenomenal (most especially Tatiana!) Everyone is very caring. Thanks for all your help! Dave

We’re grateful to Bright Star for their flexibility and availability since my husband's release from the hospital was delayed and we had to keep them on standby for more than a few days. We are especially grateful that they sent us Mickey! She has been wonderful—listens to what we need and is completely focused on my husband and being his advocate every step of the way. She’s knowledgeable and creative in her responses to any new challenges that arise. Couldn’t be more pleased—and appreciative.

Brightstar Northbrook IL has been excellent. They have professional , trained Caregivers that provide excellent companionship for my wife. They are trustworthy and Friendly We have had 2 Caregivers , both named Tatyanna and they have both been great. The office staff at Northbrook has been very helpful and thorough. I recommend highly. 12/23- update- We've also had Nori B. for one month now providing great companionship for my wife. Nori is excellent. She accompanies my wife for long walks indoor and out to make sure she gets exercise and takes her for lunch to make sure she is having fun and engaging with people. We trust Nori completely She's a highly trained Nurse, very friendly and professional.
