I joined the team in May of 2025, bringing over 10 years of operational leadership experience. I have spent my professional career in the healthcare industry and strive to deliver the highest standard of care by creating positive and supportive environments conducive to growth. I aim to deliver exceptional care for our clients by providing access to the care, support, and resources needed to maintain their independence. When I’m not in the office you will find me enjoying the outdoors with my puppy Jettson, taking a day trip on my motorcycle, or spending quality time with my family and friends.

I joined BrightStar Care in May 2026, bringing over 12 years of experience in the healthcare field. Throughout my career, I have supported clients across every stage of life from pediatrics to geriatrics, including palliative and hospice care. With years of direct, hands-on field experience, I bring a well‑rounded perspective to my role as Customer Care Manager. This background allows me to understand the needs of both our clients and also our team in the field, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care delivery. I am dedicated to supporting our clients and staff, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and confident in the care we provide. I am passionate about creating a smooth, reliable home care experience built on trust. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time with friends, and giving back to my community.

I joined BrightStar in 2024 and bring over eight years of experience in the healthcare field. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to providing compassionate, generous care to those in need. I truly enjoy making a difference in the lives of individuals who face challenges with daily tasks, offering support with patience and understanding. I take pride in helping others and strive each day to bring comfort and dignity to those I care for. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my children and embracing the everyday moments of life.

I joined the BrightStar Care of Gurnee team in June 2022, bringing over 20 years of operational leadership experience. As Director of Operations, I play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the office team, while also providing dedicated service to clients and field staff. My career has been rooted in industries focused on health and wellness, where I have found deep fulfillment in serving others.

Passionate about delivering exceptional care, I am proud to work for an organization committed to upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism. I find inspiration in meeting new people, hearing their stories, and building meaningful connections.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, attending live music events, and—most importantly—being with my husband, our children, and our families.
