"I am an 86 year old widower attempting to live alone with limited mobility, failing vision and the problem of not hearing clearly, not unusual in the aging process. BrightStar has been extremely helpful and cooperative in scheduling personnel to help and assist me with household chores, with visits to my doctors, with driving and being a companion in shopping, social and recreational activities. I understand these personnel have training and experience in medical emergency situations but as yet have not required medical care so cannot comment on that area of their abilities. Am I satisfied with BrightStar’s commitment to me and would I recommend that organization to family and friends? Yes, and yes!"

"I was fairly new to home health when I started at BrightStar Care. I had only had a few private care patients as experience so going into multiple homes is a new experience for me, and I wasn't sure what to expect. Working at BrightStar Care has been very rewarding. I've had the opportunity to work closely with many people. I enjoy staying, helping, and chatting with the many clients I have sat with. One of my CNA teachers was a Home Health RN, and she explained how she loved her job and didn't want to do anything else. I now understand why. I am currently taking LPN classes and hopefully my RN soon after, and I believe I will stay with Home Health after I have acquired my training. I enjoy the appreciation I receive not only from my clients for helping them but also the appreciation I feel from my employers who express their gratitude for my work and availability frequently."

"I have worked with BrightStar for the last two years out of two offices in my area. The level of professionalism that BrightStar requires is very rewarding to me as a healthcare worker. This really helps in working on a team when you know your team members have continued their education and met all requirements. The team members are very supportive of one another. "BrightStar is such a great company to have a career with! The staff is always smiling. The work atmosphere is incredible, and safe. All employees get a thorough background and driving record check, plus car insurance check too. Plus we have to be CPR certified. As an employee, I take pride in that because I don’t only want our appearance to look great, but our background to be great too!
