We couldn’t be more grateful for BrightStar Care in Scottsdale. My dad was hospitalized and referred for home health care to give himself IV infusions. When his nurse, Laurie arrived, she soon realized it was much too complicated and unsafe for him to do it himself. My dad was quite upset, but Laurie's gentle demeanor made him feel so much better. Even though it was Friday night and insurance offices were already closed, Laurie went above and beyond — contacting her office and working with the infusion pharmacy to obtain approval for more nursing visits so my dad wouldn’t miss his medication. Christopher at BrightStar instrumental in organizing a schedule for the next 10 days and helped us work through the insurance details. Every nurse who has visited has been punctual, kind, knowledgeable, and gentle. No one likes to need nursing care—it's daunting and scary. but if you do need it, I can’t recommend BrightStar enough. Their assurance, compassion, communication, and professionalism made all the difference for our family.

I highly recommend BrightStar Care Scottsdale. I had surgery at Mayo Clinic on October 21st. I did not have support and I talked to Mayo social workers about care they gave me a list but also told me about three agencies that have been known to work well with mayo. I talked to Cassandra at BrightStar Scottsdale and she became my coordinator. She was responsive with amazing availability and was very fast in all her responses. She ended up being the person who picked me up on discharge and transported me to my hotel. Every one of the caregivers was kind and skilled (Savannah, Rachel,Tish, Wendy C). One of the major positives is that I had a thorough nurse evaluation in my hotel room on a day before the surgery. There was no fee for the nurse evaluation. It let bright star be thoroughly prepared. The Contracting process was very fast. The contract seemed clear. I signed it and returned it via email and my email had about nine items of clarification. Kassandra responded immediately and acknowledged every clarification so I felt heard. One of the most important elements of working with bright star care is there flexibility. Surgical times are not guaranteed at Mayo and discharge times vary for each person. So nothing can be scheduled in advance. Mayo ended up keeping me for an additional 2 days. Kassandra and Trisha coordinated with the nurses in pacu and the nurses when I was inpatient. This was essential because I was not well enough to do any of that. I highly recommend!

Brightstar’s nurse Angela B is a wonderful nurse. We’ve had a great relationship as nurse & patient for a couple years now . I wouldn’t want anyone else to take care of my medical needs. She’s kind & Very knowledgeable!. I love her compassion & the way she handles my medical needs..

If you have never used an In Home Care company, I would highly recommend BrightStar Care. They helped my dad every time they were there. It was Sophia, Sarahi, Katherine, Doria and Alicia who were there for him every step of the way. They were caring and efficient.

I’d like to say that BrightStars bright star is Christopher!!! I have been with BrightStar for many years and Christopher single handedly has helped me through many very stressful situations. I don’t know what I would have done if he hadn’t been there to help me. I went from have 24/7 care in the beginning to two days a week from 1-7 now. I can always count on him to straighten things out. He still tells me to call or text him whenever I need something. He also checks on me from time to time to see if everything is going alright. I think anyone reading this realizes that I can’t say enough good things about Christopher. I have Christopher to thank for where I am today. Just knowing that he is there to help me whenever I need it means the world to me!!!

Erika was kind, compassionate, professional. She was outstanding with her interaction with my 93 year old grandmother. Highly recommend her.
