This year’s challenge is dedicated to the fallen WSU police officer Sgt. Collin Rose. The challenge, which runs through Feb. 22, is a tough competition among 14 Michigan universities. Wayne State has won the challenge for the past five years. Alyssa’s commitment to organ and tissue donation was inspired by the sudden death in 2013 of her father, who as an organ and tissue donor, helped save multiple lives.
