Julie Cooper Holaway is my saving grace! 💕 My elderly parents needed assistance (or should I say I needed help) and they sent us Julie. Julie is a perfect match, who can handle my dad (retired police and veteran) and my mom (legally blind, forgetful, and not so trusting of others). I don’t know what I would have done without her! She is truly amazing.

The aid Barbara Hawkins has been a great help to me. She has great advice and cleans things without being ask. She is good company and very compassionate. She deserves more than five stars.

Love the home care aide Barbara. This agency is good at flexibility . Expensive $33 but all have raised prices. Kudos to Barbara for her flexibility in scheduling , ability to work well with others, taking initiative to keep her patients well cared for, positive attitude and love for the elderly. She is an amazing team member devoted and willing to help. We consider her family. XD

Words can't say enough how much having Taniesha as a caregiver has meant for my mom and I. Though many caregivers came and went, Taniesha always stood out as the one who would go the extra mile. She gave me peace of mind that my mom would be okay while I was at work, gave me status updates when she gave her her meds on time, made sure she had a good dinner, even followed up with concerns she had on days she wasn't even working. From the very first day she engaged with my mom and gained her trust in a very short amount of time. She helped come up with solutions to help her keep her independence throughout her recovery, even taught me quite a few things. She was always respectful, always tactful and always focused on mom for the entire day; laughing and joking and being a great companion. Always kept the mood positive. Throughout the last four months Taniesha has become less a paid caregiver and more a member of our small family. To me, she is the essence of what 'above and beyond' looks like, and we were lucky to have her! Thank you to Brightstar for such a positive experience!

BrightStar has been providing me care for over a year. Judy R. has been an awesome lead nurse taking great care of me and each other nurse I've worked with has been outstanding as well.

As a caregiver for my parents the past few years Mary Jane D. has done an excellent job. She had a special way of communicating with my mother and knew how to make her smile, and also helped my parents stay active and social. Mary Jane goes above and beyond as a caregiver and puts in the extra effort. I would also like to give special thanks to Taniesha and Adrian, two caregivers who have been kind and very helpful to my father.

Nurse Judy R. Is a very experience nurse with compassion. She has been giving me Infusion for a couple years now.

We are very thankful to have found BrightStar Care for my father. Flo was my dads caregiver and we cannot say enough good things about her. She was very respectful of my father and informed him on everything she was going to do. She treated our family as her own.
