I would like to thank the BRIGHTSTAR staff for taking such great care of me. I have been recovering from Extensive Back Surgery, done on Halloween 24’. My ride or die, Melissa especially, has been with me for about 5 months now. She helped me with groceries, household chores, cooking, cleaning my room, laundry, being my compassionate companion, making sure I get all of the things I need from the store, and the list has been, exceeding, on and on. She’s helped me through such difficult times with my health and well being and she also has helped heal me, body, mind and soul. We hug each other when we greet and depart, every time, we see each other and I don’t get those often, so she means the world to me. As a retired, caregiver, myself, they all have helped me through difficult times, making sure I’m taken care of properly.
Thank you BRIGHTSTAR for ALL you do and have done! Best of everything to you all!

Our family has trusted BrightStar Care with our son’s care for over five years, and their support has consistently exceeded expectations. In particular, Lena C. has been his dedicated nurse throughout this time, and she has truly become part of our family. Her clinical expertise, compassionate presence, and the genuine connection she shares with our son have transformed what could have been a challenge into a gift. For us, Lena is BrightStar. And thanks to her and the broader team, we couldn't ask for better care.
BrightStar helped us find strong caregiving for my mom during our time of greatest need. Caregiver Samantha has been such a superstar, engaging compassionately with my mom who has dementia, writing down special interests and memories she mentions, speaking slowly and with patience, and going above and beyond to ensure her safety and wellbeing! BrightStar’s RN Kirsten is also one-of-a-kind, knowing exactly how to help both me and mom as we navigate dementia care, and traveling several times to help us in the home (especially when she and Samantha helped detect a medical need too)! ❤️

I spoke to a nice woman from Brightstar Carr this week who helped me figure out what care I need for my husband who has dementia. She said a nurse would come out to our home and assess what he needed and do a safety check of our home. They said they could help me with showering and dressing him and sitting with him so I can run errands 🥰
She really took her time explaining everything in depth that the company can offer wasn’t pushy and the rates are very reasonable. Thank you Brightstar 👍
