We used BrightStar care for about ten months until my dad moved. We received wonderful care from Lillian and Cierra. My mom required assistance after shoulder replacement surgery at her young age of 85. We interviewed care givers and selected BrightStar Care. Our caregiver Judith has been making my mom's days easier with the assistance of daily living and helping her with her garden. We are very pleased with BrightStar and our caregiver Judith.

Lisa Elder is a true asset to BrightStar. She is thorough in her training of the caregivers and any family that has interacted with her immediately falls in love with her. Lisa has a heart for people and is always willing to jump in and do what needs to be done! She inspires confidence in others and is a diligent hard worker.

We contacted BrightStar of Huntington Beach for assistance to help my mother after a fall. My mom and dad are in their 90’s and my mom had some special needs for recovering from a fall. We were assigned Kirsten as a primary contact and she has been outstanding! Her experience, knowledge and professionalism has been very helpful to us while navigating the challenges presented by my mom’s new requirements. We were assigned Chavonne and Kaylen as caregivers and they have been fantastic. It has been several weeks since we initiated the daily caregivers and Chavonne and Kaylen have been instrumental in keeping our parents safe and my parents really like them. We are very happy with the services provided by BrightStar of Huntington Beach.

I receive a weekly infusion at home administered by Kirsten McGlynn, a BrightStar nurse. Not only is Kirsten a great representative of the BrightStar team, but she is a wonderful and caring human being. She is friendly and punctual, and flexible with scheduling. My weeks can get a bit crazy at times and yet Kirsten just makes everything work, never making me feel ill at ease when asking her to bend over backwards to keep me infused. She is the best and my wife and I are thankful she is on our team.
