Katherine is an excellent caregiver. She is very attentive to my needs. She is aware of what is needed to be done from dishes in the sink to sitting down with me have friendly conversation to listen to my struggles in life. She shows agreat deal of compassion for my situation. She has also encouraged me to get outside more. From going to lunch, to just being outside enjoying the fresh air. To taking a drive down the coast to enjoy the beach. I have become very close to her as my caregiver and as someone who cares for me personally. I am so glad to have her in my life. She definitely made my life a lot better. I hope she get the deserved Acknowledgement for here care, compassion, and overall being wonderful. Thank you for having her on your staff and for allowing her to care for me.i would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!!!

From the moment I contacted BrightStar in a panic, as my mother was being discharged from the hospital, they have done everything they can to make the process smooth and ease our worries. They even went as far as sending the nurse to our home within a few hours from my initial call and had a caregiver start that same evening. My mother needed 24/7 care and they were able to find great caregivers to care for her. Sara is by far our favorite caregiver because of her dependability and her positive approach at building trust and taking the time to listen to my mother's needs. If we could have her come every day, we would be thrilled. Nurse Debbie has also be a great help and communicates with me regularly about my mother's progress and her needs as she recovers.

A good friend of mine, Jhi, shared a podcast link about Parkinson's, and I was surprised at how fascinating I found it. With my 86-year-old grandfather in mind, I felt compelled to learn more. The podcast highlighted how music and singing can significantly benefit people with Parkinson's. Hearing Darlene's story ( I am not sure if I spelled her name right) was particularly inspiring. Despite having lived with Parkinson's for 14 years, she remains resilient and motivated, thanks to a strong support system, including Karen. Darlene's experience is a testament to the power of perseverance and the positive impact of music and support in managing Parkinson's. Her story is truly uplifting and serves as a powerful reminder of the strength and hope that can be found even in the face of such challenges.Brightstar care is going above and beyond. Mom had to have an emergency surgery, she was in the hospital for seven weeks, in a sniff for 17 days, and then at my house for another six weeks' rehab. I reached out to Brightstar to see if they could give me some help because I had to work part time. Alana, my mother's caregiver, was above and beyond amazing. My mom had tears in her eyes when her care was over because Alana became a part of our family. I really appreciate her and Brightstar for making this very difficult situation, not so difficult. We couldn't be more pleased with the care and support we are receiving from Alejandro. His nursing background has been especially helpful during my husband's recent hospital stay. I know I am leaving him in good hands and I am able get the rest I desperately need. We will continue to request his help when my husband leaves the hospital.
