Eva has been an incredible support to our family while caring for our mom. She is reliable, calm, compassionate.
She works overnight shifts, and having someone we can truly depend on during those hours has meant more to our family than we can say. Eva genuinely cares, and it shows in the way she treats our mom with patience, kindness, and dignity.
We honestly don’t know what we would do without her and are deeply grateful for all of her help and support.

We have been utilizing Bright Star HB to help my parents who are in their 90’s for several, years. We have found their services to be excellent and the office is always helpful when coordinating staff for services. Recently one of the caregivers, Leah M. went above and beyond when my dad became ill and she took him to Urgent Care, but they sent him via ambulance to the Emergency Department. She traveled to the ED to sit with him and when he was admitted to the hospital she stayed with him working well beyond her scheduled time to allow family to arrive and not have my dad be alone. She has always been a joy to work with and my parents like her. We have other caregivers at Bright Star who are also very good, so we can recommend this Bright Star group if you need help with your loved ones.

I wish to begin by saying that if I could give 10-plus stars (10.9+⭐️) to Brightstar, Olinda Baez, R.N., and Nader Theodory, M.D., Brightstar Medical Services provides excellent, unique, and great staffing of multiple medical care professionals. Dr. Nader Theodory was assigned to my case after myself having done one of two complete knee replacement surgeries. Immediately after first Olinda Baez, R.N. came to my home to collect a very thorough medical history, including additional information on a recent surgery from a work-related injury. Doctor Nader Theodory arrived, kindly listened to my account of the injury, and began a very productive, effective physical therapy program, all in an effort to help me regain the normal use of my legs and walk again with confidence. “Thank you all at Brightstar, and your medical staff, Richard McDanel!”
