BrightStar has done a great job for our family helping us take care of our mother! Their caregivers, office staff, communications, compassion, assistance, professionalism, and even their paperwork is 10 stars out of 10! We have been with them about 3 years now & they have been such a blessing to us! We interact with most of their back office staff along with Mom’s caregivers, Natalie, Jennifer, Barbara & Mikayla. All these ladies are amazing! Their level of detail with all of Mom’s daily needs are outstanding. These ladies' communication with our family bring us such comfort that Mom is being well taken care of when family members can’t be there. Natalie has been able to handle usual things & emergencies so calmly; she has been super! All their staff are excellent! They are available by phone 24/7 & no matter who on staff answers the phone, they help us! This is an unbelievable service & I have spoken to them late evenings & earlier morning when we needed them. The scheduling team Rach, Jovie, Cindy, Tara, Dee, JP, Diana, Angel, & Sam are great & strive to fill the requested shifts for our Mom. Meg does a great job with the weekly billings. Nurse Debbie checks in on Mom every month to make sure everything is running smooth. The compassion starts at the top for this company with Lori & Elizabeth. We needed a caregiver for our 97 year old Mom after a 6 day hospital visit. We have had several caregivers for her, all have been qualified and efficient. We are very pleased with BrightStar. A special recognition for Yvonne, she has become Mom’s primary helper. She is dedicated, easy for Mom to work with and a pleasure to work with for the family. She is imaginative, helpful, and enthusiastic and encourages Mom to keep getting better. Yvonne is wonderful. All of the employees we have dealt with from BrightStar have very helpful. We have finally fallen into a great flow with BrightStar. We have two caregivers that are a terrific match for my dad. I’d like to mention in particular, Claudia, who has become a very good friend and companion for my 96 yo father. She was with us when my mother was alive and was there at her passing. She has taken a huge mental load off of me personally. It feels as if she is part of the family. She pays close attention to detail and knows his medical history and what he likes to watch on TV and how he likes his bagel. She can call him out when he’s being stubborn and they laugh a lot together. Yep, she’s a keeper.

My father has been using BrightStar Care for a year after being recommended by a short-term caregiver who was a former employee. We've been very happy with the company in general, his caregiver (Sarai), and nurse (Kirsten). They have been very accommodating to his needs and communicative. I interviewed other companies but felt BrightStar was the most flexible and accommodating. They took the time to understand my father's needs and tailored a care plan to meet them. When he was discharged from a recent hospitalization, Sarai took him home and Kirsten came by to ensure he was well cared for and able to follow the complicated discharge instructions. My father doesn't like calling on friends for help so BrightStar Care has been invaluable in helping him maintain his independence. Since I live over a thousand miles away I sleep better at night knowing he is well cared for.

You provide far more than just assisting with his daily needs. You bring companionship, encouragement, laughter, and warmth into his life. The small acts of kindness you show may seem routine to you, but they mean the world to those of us who love him. As his daughter, it is difficult living so far away and I truly wish I were closer in order that I may visit regularly and check on him, but I feel relieved knowing he is receiving such gentle, compassionate care from these 4- wonderful women with BrightStar and I know he appreciates their care as well.
