David brings more than 30 years of professional experience in healthcare operational leadership across post-acute and senior care. His experience spans independent and assisted living, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, rehabilitation services, and clinical staffing, giving him a broad understanding of the healthcare landscape and the unique needs of clients, families, and care teams.

Jeanne is a licensed Physical Therapist with experience treating patients in acute rehabilitation and senior care settings. She has also served as a coordinator of clinical education for physical therapy students, bringing a strong clinical perspective and a passion for developing the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Since acquiring BrightStar Care of Indianapolis NW, David and Jeanne have combined their professional expertise and shared passion for serving others to strengthen and elevate the company’s services. Their leadership is grounded in a commitment to quality care, operational excellence, and building meaningful relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.

Beyond their professional accomplishments, David and Jeanne have been married for 33 years and are proud parents of five children. Their strong family values and collaborative spirit shape the way they lead BrightStar Care, with an emphasis on creating a supportive, compassionate environment where clients feel cared for and employees feel valued.

Scott is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Indiana University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana State University. With 16 years of experience across long-term care, assisted living, hospital, and home health settings, Scott brings a well-rounded clinical background and a strong understanding of the healthcare needs of the clients we serve.

As Director of Nursing at BrightStar Care of Indianapolis NW, Scott provides leadership to the clinical team while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and exceptional patient care. His diverse healthcare experience allows him to effectively support his team, promote high standards of clinical practice, and help ensure that every client receives compassionate, individualized care.

Outside of work, Scott is married and the proud father of two children. His oldest has graduated from Noblesville High School, while his youngest is currently a senior. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active through tennis and golf. He also enjoys computer games and other activities that allow him to unwind and recharge.

Iona is a familiar and trusted face at BrightStar Care of Indianapolis NW, bringing 20 years of experience in healthcare and 18 years with BrightStar Care to her role as Branch Manager. Her healthcare career began as a CNA at IU Health Day Surgery, where she developed a lasting passion for caring for others. Throughout her 18 years with BrightStar, Iona has grown alongside the organization, serving in a variety of roles including CNA, phlebotomist, Customer Care Manager, and now Branch Manager.

What Iona values most about home care is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and their families. She takes great pride in seeing the positive impact her team has on the community and in helping clients reach their goals and successfully transition from services.

Outside of BrightStar Care, Iona is devoted to her family and community. She enjoys volunteering, spending time with her four daughters and five grandchildren, and being active in her church. Her warmth, dedication, and 20 years of healthcare experience make Iona an invaluable part of the BrightStar Care team.

Heather is an Indianapolis native with more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her extensive career has included working in physician offices, skilled nursing, therapy, and home care, as well as serving as a hospital liaison. This diverse experience has given Heather a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare continuum and the unique needs of clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

As Business Development Officer at BrightStar Care of Indianapolis NW, Heather draws on her extensive healthcare background to build meaningful relationships with clients, families, and community partners. She is passionate about helping others understand the services and support available through home care and takes pride in being a trusted resource for those navigating their care options. Heather is committed to continuing to grow with BrightStar Care, expanding her knowledge of the organization, and contributing to the success of the team.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys health and wellness, spending time with family and friends, and being with her Pomeranian, Pippa. She is also a proud mother of two adult children, Dylan and Maryssa.
