Alta Healthcare Inc plans to increase wages $1 - $10 per hour for current employees. All new employees will have a wage increase of at least $1 per hour. We will be offering additional bonus incentives for working a certain number of hours each week, for picking up certain shifts, providing excellent patient care, and other employment activities. Alta also anticipates increased Overtime in 2023 which will be funded through this initiative.
