CICOA: Central Indiana Council On Aging CICOA provides information, advocacy and support services for older adults, people with disabilities, and their caregivers. Their aim of this private, not-for-profit agency is to help seniors and disabled persons of any age remain comfortably and safely at home and out of institutional care.
