My family sought a full time care giver when our mother was terminally ill. We interviewed four services. Only one visited her while she was in the hospital, to understand the situation and importance to answering our questions. That was BrightStar. Their quality of care continued for our father after our mother’s death. They are worth the opportunity!

Team was great! They have a caring rep come out and get the details of what I needed and what my health issue would be. Very informative and educational. Really put me at ease as to what to expect. My assistant they assigned to me was Epha. She was excellent. She helped me with tasks I really needed done and even helped with laundry which I was incapable of doing after surgery. She was kind and supportive. She helped make a soup for us that we could eat for the week. I would recommend this service to anyone going through a surgery and needing a little extra help around the home. Nicole

Brightstar had been providing excellent service for my family member for many months. The quality of care is very good, the caregiver, Madeline, is attentive to the clients needs. She's reliable, patient and tolerant. Sonia is an expert at scheduling and keeping families informed. Actually, the communication is exemplary throughout the organization. We were recommended to BrightStar when dad was discharged from the hospital. Sonia and Julia (the schedulers) are super easy to call and adjust schedules as needed! Dad’s caregivers, Sandra and Lakieda, are wonderful! Listen to all of dad’s stories and do so many of the little necessary things that just make life better! Assist with laundry, errands, Dr appts, housework, a little bit of everything! Thank you BrightStar and all your staff!
