Jeet and his team at BrightStar Care have continued to exceed the low expectations I formed after reading so many negative reviews of home healthcare agencies. Jeet and Lisa have stayed responsive, personally invested, and easy to work with while helping my aunt remain at home. Expected and unexpected challenges have been handled with clear communication and good outcomes every time. It started with a phone call from Jeet shortly after I filled out the contact form on their website. I did not expect to spend nearly an hour on a Sunday talking with the owner of the company about my aunt and her 24/7 needs. The inspiration to start BrightStar Care came from a very personal journey. A few years ago, I had major surgery, and recovering without help at home was overwhelming.
