Services We Provide for Veterans
Veterans
We provide A Higher Standard® of nurse-led, in-home care support services — including errands, meal preparation, grooming, mobility assistance, and bathroom support — for Veterans who are eligible for Homemaker and Home Health Aide Care through the VA. Our compassionate caregivers are also here to support family members, including offering respite care for spouses of eligible Veterans.
Our home care services for Veterans may include:

Companionship – Friendly support, meaningful conversation, and engagement in daily activities.

Personal Care – Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and other activities of daily living.

Medication Reminders – Helping Veterans stay on track with prescribed medications.

Respite Care – Giving family caregivers a much-needed break while ensuring their loved one is well cared for.

Specialized Care – Nurse-led oversight and condition-specific support when needed.
Eligibility Requirements for the VA Home Care Program
To qualify for Veteran home care services through the VA, there are three initial minimum requirements:

Enrollment in VA Health Care – The Veteran must be actively enrolled.

Doctor’s Order – A physician must recommend home care services.

Eligibility for Community Care – The Veteran must be eligible for Community Care, and services must be available with a contracted home care provider in the area.
