Drawing on over 20 years as a senior executive in the IT industry, I've successfully navigated leadership roles in consumer-facing businesses and B2B SaaS. My experience includes leading machine learning and AI-powered product initiatives and managing global teams of 60+ engineers at industry giants like Amazon, Dell, and IBM. This extensive background has equipped me with a robust foundation in strategic planning, business development, team building, marketing, and finance.

My transition into healthcare leadership is fueled by a deep-seated passion for improving lives, particularly within the elderly community. I am immensely excited to collaborate with our exceptional team of RNs, CNAs, LPNs, PTs, caregivers, and business leaders. We are united in our commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care that genuinely enhances the health and well-being of your loved ones. Our ambition is to grow our presence and extend our vital services to more families throughout the Lowell, Andover, and Acton regions.

Academically, I hold a Master's degree from Boston University. Personally, I enjoy performing comedy on stage, playing tennis, and exploring new cultures through travel.

Shweta brings over 18+ years of diverse experience in healthcare, biotechnology, IT, HR, digital marketing, and pharmaceuticals to our team. Her extensive background provides her with a deep understanding of patient needs and the complexities of the healthcare landscape.

With a Master’s degree in Life Sciences and early career experience in hospitals, clinics, and lab research, Shweta offers a well-rounded perspective to patient care and operations management. Her varied skill set allows her to effectively oversee marketing strategies, hiring right people, manage customer relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Shweta is deeply committed to providing exceptional, compassionate, and personalized care that feels like family, making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves. Working alongside her husband, Jeet, and a team of dedicated RNs, CNAs, LPNs, PTs, HR/Sales professionals, HHAs, and caregivers, Shweta is dedicated to ensuring peace of mind for families within our communities.

Outside of her professional life, Shweta enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her 16 year-old son and their 5-year-old Maltese pup, and connecting with others. Her love for cooking and caring for people perfectly complements her passion for delivering outstanding care. Together with her husband, she is actively involved in local nonprofit organizations, further strengthening their connection to the community.

I became a nurse because I wanted to help people; I’m becoming a Director of Nursing because I wanted to help nurses. Currently, I lead the clinical team at Brightstar Care Home Health Agency. My role is a balancing act between rigorous clinical oversight and compassionate team building. I don't just sit in an office reviewing charts; I am passionate about being visible out in the field teaching "in the moment," and solving the logistical puzzles that keep in running a home care business.

On a personal level: I am a mother of 4 children, two girls, two boys and Nana of 4 granddaughters and one grandson. I've been a nurse for 39 years now and have loved serving and giving 100 % great patient care.  I love dancing and singing karaoke, spending time with my family. 

Direct hospital inpatient and outpatient census through the design and implementation of referral programs and customer service strategies. Manages, trains and develops hospital-wide Business Development Team. Serves in a Senior Leadership role.
