We are so fortunate to have found "Bright Star Care"! My husbands caregiver is Jeffrey and he is just wonderful with Ray. Ray has Parkinson Disease and every day can be a new challenge. Jeffrey always shows up with a smile and is dedicated in assisting Ray the entire shift. He assists Ray with his exercises provided by PT. Jeffrey always maintains a safe environment for Ray. If my husband is having a bad day, Jeffrey will use the w/c to transport him from one area to another. I know my husband feels secure with him. He is able to safely transfer him even on the worst tremulous days. He is not afraid to ask me to help him if needed. They often play scrabble which is good for Ray. If Jeffrey is with him overnight, Ray is always dry and comfortable in the morning. Unfortunately, some nights can be very tough. Ray may have painful dystonia and frequent incontinence due to a spastic bladder. However, his skin is always dry, clean and intact. I truly appreciate the nights I can sleep uninterrupted and know Ray is receiving the best care from Jeffrey!

My dad has had caregivers from Brightstar for many months now. Nyzla, Keisha and Eve all have been so compassionate with my dad. Each of them going above and beyond. My dad is happy, content and safe. ❤️

Catrina is my homecare nurse, and is always pleasant. Beyond being on time, she is courteous, caring, and always has a listening ear. All the while with a smile on her face. I can text her anytime with a question, and she responds quickly. I am extremely thankful for having her as my homecare nurse.
