I wish to report that Michaela has done an outstanding job for these past three days. As a substitute for our regulary caregiver, she has had to adjust to the needs of her patient and of this household. She has done so quickly and with professionalism. She is a credit to your organization.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. The caregivers were exceptional; friendly, always available by text, email and phone, they expertly worked with our crazy schedule, they brought in special equipment and were extremely professional, yet always available for a hug. A special thanks to Patrice who expertly and compassionately took us through the worst day of our lives. I highly recommend this company.

I want to take this opportunity to say how much I appreciate everything about Brightstar Care Arlington! Their staff who answers the phone are ALWAYS friendly and knowledgeable, even the off-hours staff. I cannot believe how prompt and responsive everyone is whenever I have a question or need a change of schedule! The nursing staff is so friendly, thorough and professional.

I worked for Bright star care of Arlington for a year. Great company, they provide a higher standard of care for the clients. The caregivers and nurses are excellent, they deliver compassionate care and go far and beyond to ensure that clients are well taken care of in the comfort of their homes. The office staffs including the owner (Outstanding work ethics), works in synergy to make sure that staffs and clients are compatible. The schedule is flexible, both the clients and caregivers are always happy. Overall, it is a great company. I highly recommend it.

I don't usually write reviews unless something or someone is truly exceptional which is why I'm writing this about BrightStar Care of Arlington. In this changing health care world with increasing demands and volumes of paperwork, it is so refreshing to be able to work for a company with a fantastic owner who is so compassionate and truly focused on quality patient care. The managers are also top-notch and always available for support if needed even on the weekends. The patients have been wonderful and I look forward to seeing more of them in the future as the company continues to grow. I feel so lucky and grateful to have found this home care agency which seems too good to be true!
