Congratulate Elizabeth Martinez!
She has work at BrightStar Baltimore City/County since 2013. For five years Elizabeth cared for a Client at
Tudor Heights a kosher assisted living in the Mount Washington - Pikesville area of Baltimore. She helped that client through the death of her spouse and her own decline over the last few years. Elizabeth did a great job of keeping us in Lutherville informed as well as the client’s family and the facility. She is a previous Caregiver of the month. When her client passed away it was quite a transition from years in the AL to providing care for clients in their own homes. Elizabeth has worked in Arbutus, Catonsville, Owings Mills, Pikesville and Towson. She is not comfortable providing care in the home and receives great reviews from her clients and their families. She always tries to provide the very best care as well as comforting and even coddling her clients. We are fortunate to have Elizabeth as part of the BrightStar team.
Congratulations Uprinica McKoy!
Uprinica is a 5-year BrightStar employee. Uprinica has had a lot of different clients but the one thing each of her clients agrees to is that Uprinica is patient, kind and a great person to spend time with. She has had
clients with dogs, cats, birds and even sheep. She has care for clients on hospice, with Alzheimer’s and with Parkinson’s. She lives in Owings Mills but has traveled to clients in Sparks, Hunt Valley, Pikesville, Stevenson, and Timonium. Uprinica plans her schedule around her daughter and as a result generally does shorter shifts and visits. She is clearly a devoted Mom and givers her daughter the same wonderful attention she lavishes on BrightStar of Baltimore’s clients.
