National Branch Leadership Conference BrightStar Care of Baltimore City and Baltimore County won the Customer Satisfaction Award

This award is based on the exteral customer Satisfaction Surveys conducted by Home Care Pulse and our high scores on the surveys. The longevity of clients is also factored in.  Our Customer Care Managers (schedulers) are the day to day contacts with most of our clients and their families.  The office held a celebration honoring the CCM Queens of Customer Service
