Our Director of Community Outreach, Jennifer Van-Beckum recently attended Mercy Ridge’s Elder Care Fair, where she had the opportunity to connect with a wide range of professionals who share a passion for supporting our aging population. Events like this are a powerful reminder of how important it is to stay connected within the community—and how much stronger care becomes when those connections turn into action.

At our BrightStar, we pride ourselves on being able to meet clients wherever they are in their journey. From home care and personal care to specialized dementia support, skilled nursing, and therapy services like PT and OT, our team is equipped to provide a full continuum of care.

Building relationships with other trusted professionals in the community only strengthens what we can offer. These connections allow us to collaborate, share knowledge, and ensure that every client receives exactly what they need—quickly and seamlessly.

For families, this means less stress and more confidence. For referral partners, it means having a trusted, capable team that can step in and manage care across multiple levels. And for our community, it means stronger support systems that truly make a difference.

We’re excited about the partnerships that began at Mercy Ridge and look forward to continuing to grow our network while delivering the comprehensive care our clients deserve.

If you’re looking for a reliable partner who can provide home care, dementia care, skilled nursing, or therapy services—or if you’d like to collaborate—reach out to us today. Let’s work together to make high-quality care more accessible for our community.
