Meet Richard! Richard is Barboo's RN Case Manager. The role of the RN Case Manager is to provide support and direction to DCS when needed to assist with client care and decision making. This also includes assessments, regular reassessments, recommendations for missed or overdosed medications, injury, recommendations for medical evaluation, exposure to blood borne pathogens/toxins, infection control, Personal Protective Equipment, home safety, etc. Please report changes in your or your loved one’s condition to the office via phone so that the plan of care always reflects the appropriate needs.
