I have had amazing experience with bright star. Alexis is my caregiver she is always on time, always in a good mood, helps me with everything I need, always makes sure I get my grocery orders on time. In the morning we watch the game shows together and have a lot of fun. Helps me organize all my orders and find the stuff I order I misplace. Helps me return packages if I double order. Alexis goes above and beyond with helping and making sure I have everything I need. She helps me a lot the 2 days she is here a week. I couldn’t ask for a better caregiver. Always make sure everything is done when it needs to be done. Overall Alexis and the brightstar staff have been very nice and very helpful. I could not ask for a better caregiver that is willing to help and sometimes willing to just sit with me and talk and laugh and have a good time.

Kelly is a bright star in mom's week. She engages mom in her crafts and there is a lot of chatter and laughter while they work. She let's mom teach her how to decorate bags. Kelly is open to meeting mom where she is at, and checks in with us at the beginning of each visit. The staff is responsive and easy to work with. Our experience has been very good.
