I have had a wonderful experience with Brightstar Care. My grandfather is a veteran and received services for homemaking from them. When unexpected circumstances happened and we needed to increase time we chose to continue working with Brightstar and they worked with us to ensure that my grandparents had coverage. They do well communicating what is happening. I have called many times to talk with Lisa, Tyeshia and Linda all of them are very pleasant and have gone above and beyond for me and my family. The workers my grandparents have at their home go above and beyond. We got very lucky to have some compassionate workers that truly care about my grandparents. One of their caretakers is now famous in their household for making their ham tomato sandwiches and when I go over to visit with my grandparents I am happy to see a scoresheet of a dominoes game with their caretaker Katrina playing with them.

We had a five star experience with BrightStar Care Chicago. Gideon cared for my 91 year old father to help him recover from both Covid ( breakthrough infection) and a fall. Gideon was a compassionate caretaker who is also excellent company. BrightStar made it so easy to start services and add on as needed. My dad us now completely recovered!

Two friends and I were the primary caregivers for a friend who lost her battle with ovarian cancer last year. BrightStar came in to assist once it became clear hospice volunteers were not enough. We were so very impressed with the kindness, compassion, and professionalism of everyone who came to her house at the end. I can't imagine what it takes for these women to do this kind of work for a living. Their hearts are generous and their souls are magnificent.

BrightStar Care Chicago was absolutely fantastic for my best friend's wedding! One of my groomsman duties was to make healthcare arrangements for the groom's father so he could attend his son's big day. BrightStar Care Chicago not only made the coordination process seamless, but the caregiver Portia, was phenomenal! As a wheelchair bound patient, the groom's father needed special attention to be comfortable during the ceremony and reception. Not only did Portia make the experience enjoyable, but she was instrumental in transporting him to and from his healthcare facility and meeting his specific individual needs. BrightStar Care Chicago allowed the grooms father to enjoy his son’s most important day, but also set the groom at ease knowing his father was taken care of during a stressful, hectic, and chaotic day. My husband was discharged home with hospice and we hired BrightStar Care to supplement their services. It were so comforting to have such assistance to perform duties that I couldn't do for him and the skills used by the CNA's were excellent. I felt that all CNA's were extremely well trained and very professional. Also, the staff that took my daily calls to provide guidance for his daily program could not have been better. They helped me understand his needs and came up with a schedule to manage my husbands care. I would recommend BrightStar Care Chicago for anyone looking for the highest quality of home care services.
